The Truth About NATLFED

Just sitting and thinking…boy is that stupid!

On a whim, I type something into the search engine and found an old blues song (separate post).  I was like, (imagine the valley girl), totally blown away.  How many of you remember the NOC sings and the “national” version of that song?

It kind of got me thinking about things too.  What ever happened to the guy that was sent upstate?  Well, no one seems to know, not even those who were there at the time.  Yet everyone knew about NY6 and the subsequent incarcerations etc.  I guess one lone black man didn’t amount to a hill of beans, someone sent away never to be heard of or spoken about again.

Most people knew about the heiress and what happened to her, but then again that’s the crux of NY6.  There is a lesson to be learned, if you’re thinking of becoming full-time cadre: don’t use an Organization provided “address” for your stuff.  That also prevented a number of cadre from being offered as witnesses to the events that occurred because their official “address” on licenses or for mail happened to be the same as one of the lawyer’s address.  So word could never be said that one arrest took place on 1103 not 1107.

Not that it would have mattered much, anyway, the guy was found on 1103 but the catacomb nature of the basements could have easily been excused away by some smart prosecutor.  Even the snickering of MF (you’ve heard us say it before with the, he should have asked, “What ELSE does MF stand for?”)  Despite such things, several people went to jail and when three came out they chose to not return to the Organization.  Why?  Guess they experienced a truth that many can only suppose…abandoned by the Organization.  We don’t know with any degree of certainty.

The code-talk — it’s more than the 10-7 or 10-8 that Control uses on the CB radio licensed airwaves to one of the attorneys.  Or even the old “chatter codes” that once left this person feeling stupid, unaware of what they were as someone had fun talking about the dungeon on the airwaves, until Oldie had to intervene because he didn’t want THEM to think we had dungeons.  A very trivial incident.

Sometimes, after all these years, when talking about the group the old terminology returns.  Ross talks about the special jargon that cults tend to use.  It makes for an interesting article.  These articles are to warn people that they are working with a group that chooses to keep secret its so-called revolutionary agenda.  Just as important, some articles are specifically for the former insiders — we don’t mean the casual viable volunteers or tabular cadre, or even the friends of party.  Yet this gets us in trouble when we speak openly and directly.

Kind of like childhood memories.  Every sibling remembers traumatic experiences from a different point of view.  Of course, the ones that weren’t present for a particular experience, if it was traumatic enough, “invent themselves” into the scenario.

But I digest…

Let us return to the roomful of drunken people, mostly white, trying to sing that song and thinking, wow, not the same.  Just as the Organization tried to take over OWS and failed, it took over that song and turned it into a version it preferred and succeeded because no one gave a crap.  At least the OWS people figured it out that the Organization was claiming credit for organizing the movement, then proceeded to laugh the Organization out of the various meetings (except one cell, which is falling for all of the bull shit, apparently).

Why would a thirty year inside member of the group suddenly leave?  That’s the problem with being a true believer and then getting too close, seeing the furs, jewels, the beautiful home for mommy and hypocrisy of the whole damn thing.  Then again, not one original founder remains.  They mostly died, a couple of them are still alive but left a long time ago.

And someone will say this is trolling for the apologist but we say bull!  Everyone knows that the apologist continues to be a loyal soldier of the international, out to discredit any former members that speak up and out about the Organization.  That’s why so many have retreated to near anonymity, afraid they’ll be next.

When the Nazis came for the communists,
I remained silent;
I was not a communist.

When they locked up the social democrats,
I remained silent;
I was not a social democrat.

When they came for the trade unionists,
I did not speak out;
I was not a trade unionist.

When they came for the Jews,
I remained silent;
I wasn’t a Jew.

When they came for me,
there was no one left to speak out.

Just something to consider.
